Where is your fabric from?

Our fabric is printed in the U.S.A from spoonflower.com

Are your products safe? (free of chemicals)

All our organic and bamboo fabrics are GOTS certified and used with eco-conscious dyes, I use nontoxic thread, all elastics used are free of harmful chemicals.

What does "RTS" mean in a listing title?

These items are pre-made and ready to ship out immediately. Often they are items that were made for a market and are now in stock.

When are sold out items restocked? Will they be restocked?

Most of the time, yes, I will be restocking sold out items, however specific collections ie. Spring prints are limitied and quanitites will not be available for repurchase.

What is Safe Sleep?

Always ALWAYS, practice safe sleep. Placing baby on his/her back. Make sure to snugly wrap baby so there arms and legs are secure inside. If they break out make sure the swaddle is free from blocking their airways.

How should I wash them?

Lets be realistic about washing children's bedding and blankets. Were going to wash them A LOT. All of our items are prewashed using a low phosphate/fragrance free detergent prior to construction to reduce chances of shrinkage. Pattern placement and colours may vary slightly from piece to piece, as each garment is handmade.

Slight fading will occur due to nature of the fabric and increased washing. Please DO NOT BLEACH, this is unsafe for our little’s and will increase fading in the prints. The most important thing to know is if high heat is used, fading will occur, particularly on darker coloured patterns.

My ideal recommended care instructions are as follows: Machine wash warm or cool on a gentle/delicate setting, using phosphate-free detergent. Machine dry on a low temperature setting or hang to dry if you have the patience!

What does shipping cost?

Shipping depends on location and # of products orders, we try and provide the cheapest shipping options.

A local pick-up option is available for customers in Smithers, BC, Canada. When your order is ready, we will email you with information to arrange for pick-up. We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders over $150 within Canada.

Online orders are shipped from Smithers, BC, Canada.

Ready to ship items are ready to ship within 3-7 business days from date of purchase.

All pre-order items will ship within 2-3 weeks from the date of purchase. All other orders that are not listed as ready to ship are custom orders and will ship within 2-3 weeks from the date of purchase. During times of high volume, a longer turnaround time may be required and this information can be found in the header on the homepage.

Shipping times vary depending on location. It could take 2 weeks for standard shipping within Canada. We have flat rate shipping and we offer either tracked or non-tracked shipping options. We are unable to alter the shipping method once orders have been placed.

Please note: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages when standard shipping is used and not tracked and insured.

Do you take returns?

I hope you receive your item(s) and are pleased with your purchase. If for some reason you are not - new, unused and unwashed items purchased online are eligible for exchange or in-shop credit. Please notify us within 14 days of delivery by email and all original packaging and any tags must be attached. They must be in the same condition as when you received them. All shipping costs are paid by the customer. Prior to returning the item, please email me with your return information and address and we will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible. Do not ship your order back without emailing us first, if so, we will have to return your package to sender.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. An exchange or in-store credit will be processed. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If a 'tracked' shipping method is not selected at the time of checkout we cannot be held accountable for lost or stolen items.
