Please select the *Free Local Pick Up* option at checkout . **Once your order is completed and I have received your order, I will send you a follow up email on where to pick up your item(s) If you do not receive an email from us after you've received the "Local Pick Up Email" telling you your order is ready and complete within 1-2 business days, Please Contact US! **

Shipping within Canada: 

Shipping fees are subject to change and are always based upon calculated Canada Post fees for priority postage. Times vary as we are rural northern B.C. Canada. Express Postage is 3 days min. Regular Expedited postage is 7-10 business days.

Shipping to USA: 

Shipping fees are subject to change and are always based upon calculated Canada Post fees for priority postage. 

1) NO TRACKING OPTION: Shipping fees are subject to change and are always based upon Canada Post fees for priority postage WITHOUT tracking.
OR
2) TRACKING/REGISTERED OPTIONS: If you wish to have your packaged shipped WITH tracking, or sent by registered mail please upgrade your postage BEFORE placing your order. Registered shipping means that in case you are not at home during delivery, the mailperson will not leave your package on your doorstep. They will leave you a note and you will have to collect your item at your local post office mentioned on the note.

Processing time: 
ALL our pieces are MADE TO ORDER (current turnaround time is 2-4 weeks)  or if the product is listed as IN STOCK or READY TO SHIP will be shipped within 3-5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has shipped. 
Custom & Import taxes: 
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Peaks and Valleys Baby is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Exchanges & Returns & Cancellations:
Please understand that we are a small shop. So cost effectiveness to process refunds/exchanges are hard on us. Please read our return policy carefully before purchasing:
Refunds/exchanges will be considered on a case by case basis. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must by unwashed and in original condition and be mailed back with a note including your first and last name as well as your order number as well as email. 
Original shipping costs cannot be refunded. Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless deemed by Peaks and Valleys Baby to be defective. We reserve the right to ship back any items that appear to have been laundered, used or tampered with.
