Note that ALL purchases made using a promotional code, coupon, or on sale are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

 Exchanges

• If you have purchased your item within 30 days, we are happy to provide an exchange for change of mind or wrong sizing, original tags must be on the product, proof of purchase (receipt, or gift receipt) must be provided, and the product must be in Original condition. Original condition means free of any odour, smoke, perfume, lint, pet hair, no rips, stains etc. Items must include original tags and packaging (if applicable) is unwashed and shows no wear/tear and must have original receipt or gift receipt for proof of purchase
• Sale Prices are subject to change at the discretion of the seller (Peaks and Valleys Baby) whenever they see fit. Prices may change daily, weekly, monthly etc without notice to customers*

Returns

For Returns by post, you must have obtained authorization from the store (Peaks and Valleys Baby) please email: info@peaksandvalleysbaby.com within relevant information prior to returning your merchandise. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after delivery of your item to request a return.

• Return requests must be made within 30 days of purchased date (for in-store customers) or within 30 days of received date for online orders. (Received date means the date the item was marked as "delivered" to the shipping address you provided. All returns must be post marked within the 30 days of your received/delivered date (for Canadian customers). US, and International Orders, The 30 days will start on date of shipped by seller ( Peaks and Valleys Baby)
• We can only guarantee the return of new, unused, unwashed items in their original condition. Original condition means free of any odor, smoke, perfume, lint, pet hair, etc. Items must include original tags and packaging (if applicable). We do not offer refunds or returns on items that have wear and tear. We do not cover warranty issues.

• If a coupon code was used for a discount or for free merchandise and your order falls below the minimum dollar threshold required to receive the free merchandise, the free merchandise must be returned unwashed/unused in original packaging or the value of the free merchandise will be deducted from your refund. If a discount was used, it will also be deducted from your refunded amount.

• Once we receive your package and all returned items are in returnable condition, we will issue you back your funds in the same method used to pay for your order.
• Diapers must be in brand new condition, unworn, unwashed, clean, and free of smoke, pet hair, or any smells or odors.
• Used, washed diapers may not be returned.

• Custom/Pre-order items are made to order. Can not be returned

Processing of a refund may take up to 7 business days.

Sale items including but not limited to: Warehouse Sale, Black Friday- Cyber Monday sales, Boxing Day Sales, Seasonal Sales, Seconds sale items.

To start a return, Please contact us by email at info@peaksandvalleysbaby.com with the following information:

1. First and Last Name
2. Phone Number
3. Invoice number/Order Number or copy of your receipt
4. Description of the item to be returned
5. Reason for Refund
6. Any relevant pictures 

 In the event of an error on our part, broken on our end (not caused during transit caused by shipper) or missing items, the cost of reshipping the online order will be borne by the company.

The return costs are the responsibility of the customer for any other return.
